Michelann Quimby will discuss research on the psychology of online aggression. Dr. Michelann Quimby is an internet psychology and culture researcher. She writes and speaks about the psychology of online aggression. Dr. Quimby is an Assistant Professor of Instruction at UT Austin in the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences. She researches, writes, and speaks about online culture and behavior, leadership, and ethics. She holds a PhD in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University and a Master of Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward’s University. Dr. Quimby lives in Austin with her husband and daughter where they enjoy catching Pokemon, exploring the area, and discovering interesting food.
